31aceph Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Must Read

1. Eligibility and age verification

Access to 31aceph is available only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions. Failure to satisfy any single condition means you are not permitted to register or use the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing 31aceph is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, or contractor of 31aceph or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion database that applies to your jurisdiction.
• You must register and play on your own behalf only. Third-party registrations and proxy play are prohibited.

31aceph reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address at any point. Until satisfactory verification is provided, account functionality may be restricted, including the ability to withdraw funds. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2. Account registration and security

To use 31aceph, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. All information submitted during and after registration must be truthful, current, and your own. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Each person is allowed one account only. If 31aceph identifies multiple accounts registered to the same person, IP address, household, or payment method, all accounts may be suspended without prior notice and any promotional balance held across those accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords associated with your account. 31aceph will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your credentials without delay.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other platform.
• Do not access your 31aceph account from a shared or public device without logging out completely afterwards.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to 31aceph support as soon as it is noticed.
• Any activity completed under your account credentials is considered authorised by you unless you have reported a breach.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

All financial transactions on 31aceph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players must use payment accounts and methods registered in their own name. Transactions made through accounts belonging to another person are not permitted and may be reversed.

Accepted payment methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards, subject to current availability and account status. 31aceph reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if verification is incomplete, if the withdrawal amount is inconsistent with normal account activity, or if there is an active investigation relating to the account. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal request.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform. 31aceph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or technical interruptions outside of our control.

4. Bonuses and promotions

31aceph periodically offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, activity rebates, and seasonal campaigns. Every promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed alongside the offer and must be read in full before participating.

General promotion rules applicable across all 31aceph campaigns include the following:

• Bonuses are for eligible players only. Creating additional accounts to claim a promotion multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• All turnover requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings will be removed after expiry.

5. Betting and gaming rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and card game plays made through 31aceph are subject to the specific rules of each product, market, and game type. It is the player's responsibility to review these rules before placing a selection or entering a game. General rules applicable across the platform include the following.

• Odds, prices, and return-to-player rates displayed on 31aceph are the final rates applicable at the time of confirmation. Past odds have no bearing on a confirmed bet.
• 31aceph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or where technical faults affected the display of market information.
• Live betting markets update in real time. A selection may be suspended or refused while live odds are recalculating. Always check the confirmation screen before finalising a live wager.
• Settling of sports markets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, 31aceph's determination based on available official information is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by product. These are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

31aceph does not guarantee that any particular game, market, or sports event will remain available continuously. Technical maintenance, licensing requirements, or other operational factors may cause temporary or permanent removal of specific content from the platform.

6. Prohibited conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using 31aceph. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using payment accounts not registered in your own legal name.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or market results.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with 31aceph without human input.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from a known error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction through a payment provider.
• Using 31aceph for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

7. Account suspension and closure

31aceph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where terms have been breached, where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected, where verification requirements have not been met within a reasonable period, or where continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any promotional or bonus balance held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with active bonus conditions will be returned to the player via a verifiable payment method following the completion of any investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 31aceph support. Self-exclusion requests are separate from standard account closure and are handled through the Responsible Gaming section of the platform. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

8. Responsible gaming

31aceph takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help eligible players manage their activity. These include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 9. Limitation of liability

31aceph provides its platform on an as-is basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure availability, accuracy, and security, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Players use 31aceph at their own risk.

31aceph is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of funds, or other damage arising from technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, server failures, or force majeure events.

The maximum liability of 31aceph to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events is limited to the amount deposited by that player in connection with the relevant transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Changes to these terms

31aceph may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When a material change is made, registered players will be notified through the platform or via the contact details associated with their account. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised review date.

Your continued use of 31aceph after the notified effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options.
